Our Lighting Layout & Lumens Design service combines mathematical footcandle calculations with interior architecture. You receive a fixture placement layout specifying lumens, Kelvins, CRI ratings, and dimming compatibility.
The Three Layers of Light We Coordinate
Ambient Layer (General Lighting)
We determine required ambient lumens using IESNA guidelines and map recessed spacing for soft, even illumination.
Task Layer (Focused Work)
We plan focused lighting exactly where work occurs, including under-cabinet runs, vanity sconces, and desk lighting.
Accent Layer (Mood & Art)
We add character by spotlighting architectural features, fireplaces, and gallery wall art.
